9. PUBLIC HEARING – TOWN PARK MASTER PLAN AMENDMENT
Decision Required: None.
The Neighborhood Design Center has put together a proposal to amend the Town Park Master Plan. This includes relocating the basketball courts, erecting a new pavilion and adding ADA access.
10. ADOPTION R-2-13 APPOINTMENT TO THE PROPERTY MAINTENANCE REV. BOARD
Decision Required: Whether to adopt.
The Board has a vacancy and this appointment will bring the Board back to the three member minimum.
11. INTRODUCTION O-3-13 AMENDING 4-7 REGARDING BEEKEEPING
Decision Required: Whether to move to second reading.
The Town Council is considering the following legislation to address a request of the Community Garden regarding the ability to establish hives.
12. INTRODUCTION OF O-4-13 AMENDING ZONE PARKING
Decision Required: Whether to move to second reading .
The Mayor and Town Council were presented this item and discussed it at the last Worksession. Its intent is to eliminate some lesser used zones.
13. SECOND READ. OF O-2-13 AMENDING THE TRAFFIC SECTION
Decision Required: Whether to move to second reading.
The Mayor and Town Council were presented this item and discussed it at the last Worksession. Its intent is to codify the current County Zoning laws regarding dual wheel vehicles.
14. DISCUSSION OF FY14 OPERATING BUDGET AND C.I.P.
Decision Required: None.
The Mayor and Town Council will be discussing, accepting input and preparing the budget for adoption at the June Town Meeting.
